Frody Fest

A 3-day annual convergence celebrating Cats, people, pets & Death! It is an annual occasion to remember the lives of passed pets or people, as well as address what we often brush aside; conversations and considerations related to all things Death but done in a light-hearted and celebratory way.

Death Cafe - At a Death Cafe people drink tea, eat cake and discuss death. The aim is to increase awareness of death to help people make the most of their (finite) lives . Tea and Mexican wedding cookies will be available but please feel free to bring your own sweets to share. Vegan and gluten-free options always welcome.

Ring your Grief - Talk and demo led by a Founder of Hypnoseed, Philip Cooper. Philip tells us that the bell family of instruments are connected to the metal element in Chinese medicine. The metal element is connected to our lungs which is where we hold our grief.

Music

Frody Fest plays an eclectic mix of cat-inspired songs and Mexican music on Cinco de Gato.
